About the Role
A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator manages administrative tasks throughout real estate transactions. This role serves as the point of contact between agents, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth closings and compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close
- Coordinate communication between all parties involved
- Ensure all documents are properly completed and filed
- Track important deadlines and contingencies
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
- Review contracts for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain detailed transaction files and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in real estate transactions or coordination
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Familiarity with real estate software and MLS systems
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
