About the Role

A Remote Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling content across social platforms. They act as the main point of contact for brand engagement, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms
• Serve as the main point of contact for brand engagement and community management

• Stay current with social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and goals
• Create monthly performance reports and strategy recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Noise-canceling headset with microphone
• Modern computer (laptop or desktop) with webcam
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Backup power source recommended
